Pinky Lai (born 20 March 1951) is a Chinese automotive designer He is currently working at Porsche AG. His responsibilities are the exterior designs of the Porsche Boxster and Cayman. He also designed the original Boxster and 911 (996 series).

Throughout his career he has worked for a joint venture of the Ghia Studios and Mazda. In 1984 he joined BMW and was later invited to join Porsche's design team.
